Refund Policy

At SHA’S FURNITURE AND MATTRESS OUTLET LLC, our goal is to ensure that customers are satisfied with their furniture purchases. If for any reason an order does not meet expectations, this Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled in a clear and straightforward way.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging, including all accessories and included items
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included for eligible returns that meet our return criteria. If a return is due to a customer ordering error or change of mind, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
  3. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our support team to request a new one.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for items that meet the return criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
  • Send the photos along with your order details to: [email protected]

Claims submitted after 7 days or without visual proof may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
