Cancel Order Policy

Order Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number and contact details so we can process your request promptly.

Cancellation requests received after this 30-minute window may not be eligible, as orders may already be in processing.

Refund Processing

If your cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund will be processed after the order is reviewed. Once approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued. Refunds are sent to the original payment method used during checkout.

I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It?

If your order has not yet shipped, cancellation may still be possible depending on the order status. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it. In some cases, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.
